In 2006, Sportsclub decided it was time to expand its offerings to include more programming for children.  After much planning, the concept of Sportsclub Kids was born.  In the winter of 2007, a 5,500 square foot space next to Sportsclub Greenville was completely renovated and finished. The plans included a kitchen, art room, game room, party room, fitness studio, Sportwall and DDR.  The outdoor field adjacent to the club was also redone to accommodate a playground, track, waterslide, volleyball and playing field.
 
On April 23, 2007, Sportsclub Kids opened its doors for an after school drop off program.  The facility was an instant hit with members from both inside and outside the Sportsclub Family.

Sportsclub Kids' inaugural summer of day camp was also an instant success, selling out in most age groups in its very first year.

Led by Melissa Forstein, a long time camper, counselor and camp director, Sportsclub Kids has both year round staff and summer staff from all walks of life.  The one thing they all have in common is their love for kids.
